would be to actually "grill' the pig. I think I made an earlier post on this but you would need a frame kinda in a rectangle with long ends for turning. You wrap wire on the frame to hold the pig and put it on a U shaped block grill about 3-4ft high. You have to have the pig split and opened up. The temp is regulated by having a pit on the side and you move coals in or out of the block "U"

Or you could do "trash" that's in an earlier post. I have done that on Lanier island beaches with no problem. Lot smaller project than a pig. BTW if they are still there Etris is the best place to get your pig....
