I was saddened, but not shocked, to read about Sen Pruett's involvement. I once admired the man a great bit, but that was 20 years ago. Amazing how once honorable folks get corrupted with money and power.

I wondered what was behind his recent actions. First he switched parties this spring then abruptly dropped out of the race. I have to wonder if he got his 'target letter' back then.

Sad sad sad.
