Mack, I'm sorry that I incite you to riot, either moderately or not. I hope this isn't a carry over from the off topics forum.

My father followed the same philosphy as you have stated. He ended up in the hospital having a triple by-pass, which led to a pace maker and a defibrillator. So I figure I am genetically pre-dispositioned for heart disease. My own cholesterol has rquired my taking medication and my last cholesterol test found me with triglycerides so high I thought I was having a nightmare. so I'm very consious at the moment of the fats I am consuming.

But, as I previously stated, some people never have a problem, and if you are one of those people, by all means everything in moderation is good. I'm not for needlessly suffering.
