Hey everyone, we had an average October in waterfront home sales in the Lake Martin MLS. As the year draws to a close, I think it is more and more likely that we will be able to say that the real estate market not only as seen its bottom (June 08) but has stabilized. Might not be red hot like it was in 05, but is stable. Still a lot of inventory out there that is keeping prices down.

Contrast this against many metro markets that are still in decline, to say nothing of other second home markets. I think Lake Martin is in a very enviable position.
