Mr. Waite's name was passed to me highly recommended. I had an immediate issue with a broken water meter and needed someone right away. He was unavailable and I ended up using a plumber that my SIL had just used.
But, a plumber that comes highly recommended is nothing to dismiss and I wouldn't hestitate to call Mr. Waite again. It was just one of those things, and I didn't mean to imply that he shouldn't be called because he was busy the day I called. I'd try him again.
