I bought a package of stew meat from Sam's to make chili.  I was very pleasantly surprised to find it was great quality with very little fat. It looked like tenderloin, sirloin and ribeye trimmings. The meat was extremely flavorful and tender.  Since it was in a 4 pound package there was some left over.  Today the rest is in the crock pot with vegetables, cooking like a pot roast.  Results to be reported later.
