A LTC in Afghanistan is revealing the he is being tasked to develop psy-ops information on visiting US Officials by LTG Caldwell, for the purpose of manipulating US Senators into more troops and money for the war in Afghanistan. When he questioned the taskings as inappropriate (and possibly illegal) use of psy-ops against US citizens, he finds himself the target of an Article 15 reprimand for other unrelated infractions, by the General's Chief of Staff.
