I rebuilt a boat for a customer and he keeps putting off paying me. He has a business in Montgomery and it may not be doing very well but I have been holding his boat for over a year.
Do yall have experience in the legalities of possibly selling the boat to get my money. I hate to do it but nothing works, my wife calls him so much he won't talk to her any more. He gave us a check for the total amount a couple of months ago but asked us to hold it until he could make it good.
