Thank you all for the advice. The guy is very nice but his experience with boats has not been a very good one. You can see the blue complete boat on my ad (Cole BoatWorks) on this site. I spent months working part time on it and he took the cap and repainted the metalflake finish in his body shop which also took months. I really want to have a good relationship with all my customers and mostly it has been so. I think I will try to get him to pay small payments but I will have to go see him since he has started refusing to answer our calls.
If I have no success I will proceed with your suggestions and let you know if it is for sale.
Thanks again, let me know if I can be of any help especially with transom and floor replacement. Hopefully I will be full time an a year or so.
