It's not on line yet or I would have linked it. They are a little behind. The article was in the Opinion section for the "weekend edition Feb 19-20th. Its worth tracking down and reading. It's part of a series of "What If" which is a series of constructive articles on ideas about what the community can do to get the local economy moving in a positive direction.

BTW check out the article in the paper today (Wed 2nd) on the "big: population gain for the county and quotes from the guy at the LM Development Alliance. See if you were left scratching your head at the interpretation of the statistics like I was.
