No you idiot, of course I don't think anything the US gov't does make one bit of difference as to what Al Qeada thinks about our government, but if our gov't does something REALLY stupid such as being so hung up on sticking to ideology that we actually allow our democratically elected representatives to "shut the gov't down" it gives these ragheads the "I told you so" argument to sway more pea brains to follow their lead away from western ideas.
