Wow, this is really hard. My initial gut reaction is for her dismissal because there is no way this won't be disruptive in the school. But trying to apply some logic to this situation, I think the school should confront his head on. They should hold special assembly and let her speak to this to the school. I think there is a real life teachable moment her. About poor choices. About turning one's life around.

What do you think, Lotowner?
