Biden is right. Bush ran up the deficit with his war pointless war in Iraq, but all Republicans can do is cry and whine about what Obama has done. The economy started to fall apart while Republicans were in office, but Obama was left holding the bag. He just continued the plans that Bush put in place about bailouts, but naturally Obama get the blame.

The Republican cuts are laughable. Just pure politics and at the end of the day, it won't mean a thing. But they'll whine like they always do and blame the Democrats. All that talk about "personal responsibility" but then they just blame the Democrats. This new Congress is a joke. They can't even agree within their own party.
