I have actually had exemplary customer service from Charter. They didn't always get it right on the first try but they corrected my issues in a timely manner.
Be advised that as a summer lake dweller i particularly like the ability to and stop the service as needed to avoid year long usage charges, ask about their seasonal billing program.
