WW is from the planet Zoltron. My cats have told me that he is their conduit to the mother planet. His native tongue is Siamese Zoltanese. He was sent to this planet in 1955 and will be leaving for good on December 21, 2012. The mother ship is headed this way to pick him up. At that point, his work here will be done (actually it will be done on November 2, 2012, but the Zoltani commanders are allowing him an extra bit of time to tie up loose ends). Upon his return to Zoltron, he'll be installed as the resident expert on Earthly politics and economics. But then, on Zoltron, lying is considered a character virtue.
