Interesting. I guess most chefs can't afford to open their own restaurants. I've been to the one in B'ham. Still not too sure about that goose liver milk shake....

I suspect that we'll see a lot more of him in the future. I can even envision a cooking show for him, because he is so likable. I wonder if we'll see him on the Iron Chef competitions some time.
