Planned parenthood by definition means deciding whether or not to have children… Ummm, birth control.  This means that you can get advice that leads you to ELECT to have a child – or ELECT to not have a child.  Either way, it is elective. 

However, if one ELECTS to have a child, the embryo’s health is as important as the health of the mother.  That presents an ethical obligation to provide definitive medical care.  Once the health of the embryo becomes an obligation, PROTECTING that life is NOT ELECTIVE.

But, if one ELECTS to do away with last month’s little indiscretion, then the embryo’s health is ELECTIVELY moot.  In the vast majority of cases, abortion is for the lifestyle convenience of the mother.  I don’t agree at all that embryos are moot.  I don’t care to be taxed pay for something which I abhor. 

I believe that WOMEN have a right to their bodies.  I am not so naïve as to think that abortions can be eliminated by law.  God, will deal with mothers of aborted fetuses. Keep me out of the scenario morally and fiscally.

Buy your own abortion… don’t bill me for your elective surgery.
