It's a social issue that Republicans are trying to dress in a fiscal issue. If Republicans are so hot to pass the budget, than why are there all the Riders?

Don't bother to post an answer... I'm not even the least bit interested in what you have to say about it, Mr. 99.6% right -- a legend in his own mind. What a thing -- to be Master of the Universe in this very small little pond... Guess you have to be big here because you must not get to be "big" anywhere else that matters.
