Wish I could say it was isolated. Just like any neighborhood in any city in any state crime will occur and there is scum everywhere.

Yes I am just around the corner from you just past waters edge in the bog slu.

Recently I joined the email chain from the Pell City PD called Dock Watch..... I am out of their jurisdiction but still I am interested in what happens on other parts of the lake and They may be interested in hearing about your incident.
