I remember talking to an Air Force type many years ago who claimed that they would fly C-130's so low over the Kowaliga Basin that they would drag their tails in the water.  It sounded more than a little bit far fetched to me, but on the other hand, cargo drops from just above ground level are a C-130 specialty.  A minimum altitude run is probably doable so long as the pilot remembers the power lines on the eastern end.  However, the AF guy said it was showboating and not training, so it is still far fetched.  I do remember getting buzzed by a C-130 in the basin once, but it was not low enough to get any tail feathers wet.  I
