Geez, if that worked in politics the Messiah would have to pressure himself to step down for gross malfeasance without a clue.....

I think the point is the government has no business pressuring any company or CEO to step down. If the guy broke a law take it to the grand jury and try to get an indictment. Otherwise it is none of their business what a private company does with regard to its leadership.
