We bought our Pontoon Boat from Russell Marine and our experience couldn't have been more different than what you described. Our salesman, Chris, was great and we got a very good deal. And the service department has never asked us if we bought our boat there before scheduling an appointment.

We bought our bass boat a Sylacauga Marine and they were great too.
