really interesting as 2010 was my best year ever for financing homes at lake martin; so far this year, it has been dismal; with the Banks pulling out , i am wondering where financing is getting done--maybe cash deals ?? my 30 yr rate is 4.50% & 15 year is 3.75% !!!!!!!!
