free app to search for Lake Martin real estate

Here is a free app that you can use for an iPad or iPhone to
search the entire Lake Martin MLS, all brokers, all agents, all
properties. It is currently in a beta aka test version, so let me know
what you like or do not like about it. 10824
download the app and enter code 10824 the first time you use it. Thanks!
You
can try the link above, but I got there by using my iPhone and searching the
App Store for "My Agent By IDX", then entering code 10824 once I
downloaded the app. I guess the same thing will work for the iPad.
When it asked me, "do you want My Agent By IDX to know where you are" I clicked yes because I don't mind it sending my location data to it, so it can help me search by proximity to me.

I said above, it is very much a beta version. I'm trying to customize
it and my regular desktop / laptop search experience. Any feedback is
appreciated, such as, do you want to start the search with a map? What
criteria would you like on the filter?
As with all MLS generated info, the listing info is dependent on the agent that enters it. So if the agent has a listing on Sandy Creek but geolocates it in Ashland, you won't see it on this map. Similarly, if the agent enters 3 bedrooms in the MLS and it's really 4, I can't help you there.
