There seem to be more island campers this year and they are uglier than Wallyworld Shopper. And nastier.

Since APCO provides the attractive nuisance that brings them here, APCO should be responsible for cleaning up the mess and putting out the fires.

APCO could require that these douche bags buy permits and use that money to control the problem.
