Hold on kitty!! I agree with every thing you said except the night driving part. I prefer night driving and aint gonna do it at idle speed only. Heck I could NEVER get anywhere. Night driving is no different than day as to what it takes to operate safely. Yes slower speeds are appropriate, but NOT IDLE speeds. IMHO the lisence exam focuses to much on 'other issues' rather than 'rules of the road'. I am always amazed at how few folks even know what the difference between the red and green means. Then there are those of us that are color blind and cant tell the difference!! With me and anyone I teach how to drive it is very easy when it comes to who has the 'right of way'. 'THEY' DO!! I always yeild.
