at Water's Edge. They switched agents, dropped the price, and are adding on those docks. Oh well. Like in any biz, you win some, you lose some.

I still think they are nice homes, though, and I still have them on my "Best Buy" list even tho someone else has them listed.

Also - (plug alert....) I can still help any interested buyer since they are in the MLS.

Cat - I will be calling you today to set up some final plans!
