11Alabama counties with unemployment in the high teens yet these farmers can't find help? And, the majority of folks living in these same counties claim family with extensive textile farming experience. Multingenerational farm labor experience, substantial numbers of unemployed, and local farmers suffering a shortage of help. Where is the disconnect? Did the implementation, and expansion of, our Great Society social contract effectively eliminate the pool of domestic labor? Work, hunt, or starve.
