With some luck, our annointed chairman will, in addition to suspending his co2 regs, pull back the NLRB and DoL requirements to notify employees of their right to union representation, revoke the NLRB modified card check reg and drop the NLRB suit against Boeing for opening in Charleston, announce his support for repeal of ZeroCare and EEOC regs requiring community matching demographics in private sector employment, call out the enviro whacks on AGW and state his intent to fight against every effort to Cap and Tax while supporting the shale oil pipeline construction, accelerate issuance of drilling permits, reign in the USDA and their attacks on kids raising rabbits for pets and resale, and the FWS for threatening criminal charges against a kid saving a woodpecker while filing charges against a dad saving his kids from a grizzly, tell Holder and his people to focus on the parties responsible for Operation Fast and Furious rather than suing states for their attempts to assist the Feds in various law enforcement efforts or attempting to shutdown Gibson guitars. Oblamer can say all that in 7 minutes of prime time in his address to Congress and we the people Thursday night. He can accomplish every bit of it before the sun sets Friday. If he says and then does it, he can stand in the same spot at the same time next year and say I am responsible for bringing unemployment down to 6%, I am responsible for a 20% growth in federal revenue, I am responsible for putting this country on a better path.
