I have been tracking carefully with ever-growing disgust at the events surrounding the demise of Solyndra. As I have often stated, the entire "Green Jobs" concept is a complete sham. If some green technology has merits in the marketplace there are trillions of dollars of investment capital looking for the next great idea. But no, the Messiah knows better and he is more than happy to take our hard earned dollars and piss it away while he picks winners and losers in the economy. But wait a second, even with half a trillion in loan guarantees the guy can't pick a winner.

As we learn more about what happened I wonder if we are headed toward a very big scandal. Not that Fast and Furious wasn't scandal enough but this one clearly was directed by Obama himself. They met with him, he participated in their management meetings, he touted them as a success story before they went bankrupt sending 1,000 employees to the bread lines and costing the taxpayers hundreds of billions. Tuns out now that the Bush administration had rejected them. But throw a little cash Barry's way and he will open the largesse of the federal treasury to you.

It will be interesting to see if the government media ignores this scandal the way they ignored Fast and Furious. My bet is that they will but it won't help because of the alternate media. Yet another fine example of why the dinosaur media is going the way of the dinosaur.
