I don't think so. My point is exactly correct in that the controversy about the dog began as a result of a mistaken news article, something you apparently did not know or chose to ignore. And the original post included the statement about the overpaid dog handler. It's obvious to me that my post is way more on target than yours is about disparaging people that you don't know with statements that you have no basis in fact to make. That is hijacking a thread rather than responding to the merits or lack thereof. Ad homimum attacks are the weakest form of argument and you could have come across way more credible by avoiding them.

But I do agree that you know how I feel about Oblamer. :-)
