Because that is his job. He is Bo's handler. Are you saying he watches the dog part of the day and then spends the rest of the day advising the President on economic, national defense or foreign affairs?!?!?!? Oh wait a second, that might actually explain the incompetence of the administration. Their dog handler is also a senior advisor.

I can walk the dog, clean up Bo's little messes and also advise Obama on the proper stance toward Palestinian statehood and how to resolve the security issues in Gaza......that would explain a lot. Pretty silly idea, isn't it?
