Thanks for letting folks know about this great achievement!  PPFD will be sending out a newsletter at the end of the month with details.  The volunteers worked long and hard to obtain a better rating.  In fact, we're the only Volunteer Fire Department in Tallapoosa County with an ISO (Insurance Services Organization) Class 4 rating!  Many (not all) insurance companies use the rating to determine your premiums.  And, by the way, there are no plans to increase the service charges.
