This goes without saying, but a Democrat loser politician in Ohio is suing a special interest group for telling the truth about him claiming he has lost his livelihood. The only thing more absurd than the filing of the lawsuit is an Obama appointee judge didn't throw the case out. Sadly, if the case is actually tried in a court where the jury pool comes from an Obama won district the guy has a chance of winning. On appeal it is DOA but he will wreak financial havoc as he goes down in flames once again.
