GF, because you placed question marks in the title of your post I view that as an attack on Herman Cain. You are now officially a racist. I'm sorry, but you know full well that Herman Cain is a black man and therefore you can't put out an attack question like that. :-)
As for who leaked it, I seriously doubt it was someone on the right. I think Cain scares the heck out of the Oblamer team and their opposition research and tendency toward the politics of personal destruction leads me to believe they are the source. The good news for me is that I have just as much evidence for my opinion as you do for yours.....none. But it is the seriousness of the charge that demands a thorough investigation of the White House on this. Forget Fast and Furious, Solyndra, serial assassinations of heads of state, etc. This is the real deal!!!!
But seriously, Oblamer is destroying the country and we are spending all this time talking about whether some organization that Cain belonged to settled a lawsuit? That says more about us than it does about Herman Cain......and besides, because he is a black man these women only made these allegations because they are racists. They probably have confederate flags tattoos, secretly admire Robert Byrd and voted for Al Gore, Sr.......twice. And who knows, they may even be black themselves to hide their racism......brilliant strategy!
