I managed to sneak up for some fishing this afternoon for the first time in forever. Things started out slow, but I did catch a nice spot in the back of a small creek where I once caught a dog. As the sun went down, the schooling action picked up until a large school of white bass got a little too close to my boat for their own good. Not a bad way to spend a fall afternoon with hardly anyone else to keep me company.
