Had the problem before. You will have to kill all the fuzzy tail rats or they will kill themselves trying to get back to their nest next time. Babies will grow up and try to move in also. Trap them inside and kill them, shoot them outside. Ain't but one way. Don't want to kill 'em, learn to live with 'em.
