Hope you are right but I think even Hound will tell you that is much easier said than done. The Bureaucracy will always be there and its natural inclination is to grow in size, budget and power regardless of the politicians that come and go. It will take a lot of courage combined with a willing congress to do anything significant. I'm not optimistic and will be happy just to see our downward spiral into oblivion stalled until the next charlatan comes along and fools the independents.
