All the info is on JP Kings website if you signup on their site. The details are: It's not an absolute auction, Alliant reserves the right to refuse any offer they deem to low. It's 20% down for the winning bid and you must close within 30 days of forfiet the 20% down. Alliant is offering financing at starting 4.75% on a 5 year term, amortized over 20 years with a baloon note due at the end of the 5 years. There is no buyer premium so you do not owe the auction company anything for their service above the winning bid.
