I can't believe I'm screwing up my lunch hour doing this!

Pray tell how I was expected to devine this list of questions from your 1st undecipherable post?

1/ Better, thanks. Spending drives the economy and most economists including conservative ones tell us that where the spending originates make little if any difference. Spending is stimulative...period!
2/ He didn't promise to "get the country out of debt". He did say he would cut the deficit in half (Oh, you do know that debt and deficit are not the same thing don't you?). Well he hasn't done that either. He is, after all a politician. I'll bet you're crazy enough to believe Newt when he says he will get gas to $2.50 a gallon and Mitt when he says he will cut everybody's taxes AND get rid of the deficit (Even he doesn't claim he will get us out of debt)
3/ No, and as long as the Tea Party nuts run the House, neither he nor any President will.
4/ Yeah, it's up $3.65 at my QT). But guess what, it's still not up to the peak during the Bush years ($3.95) at the same QT. Neither Bush no Obama had or have any meaningful influence on energy costs. Ever heard of supply and demand? It is a central tenant of a market economy. We also now have a global economy. Chinese demand alone is going up at 12% per year. Fact is US energy production has gone up over the last 3 years and our use has gone down. If Obama approved the pipeline tomorrow (over the objections of the Nebraska GOP governor and GOP legislature) do you actually think you would pay any less for gas? Maybe we should bomb China!
5/ You Betcha!!!!
