No kidding. Do we still have troops & nukes in Germany...one of the stongest economies in the world? Ditto Japan? WWII has been over a long time.... Strategic bases that are critical-yes. Bases where we are not sure the host is dependable for defense-yes. Germany? Japan? Britain? I don't get it.
