I have been following this story... OMG, these people must have been insane!!! One thing -- usually govt people ask themselves "how would this look as a headline in the Washington Post... but you are supposed to ask yourself this BEFORE, not after. ,
Obviously, these peole didn't get it that they are supposed to be good stewards of the govenment's money. I've just been shaking my head, every day. The video is only one small part of the whole thing... and btw, the video was supposed to be in jest. I suspect when all is said and done, somene may see some jail time... and probably a bill to pay some of that money back. It's just outrageous, and certainly outside of anything I've ever seen done.
