My guess is it was a failure but who knows. Heard an interview with a North Korea expert and he pointed out that the U.S. only had 9 successful launches out of 25 when they first developed this ICBM technology. Based on what we know about North Korea it seems likely it failed. But if we shot it down I am all for keeping that information secret. Let them wonder.
