Showing once again their desperation Axelrod steps in it again. He tweets a picture of the Messiah with his pooch and says this is how you should treat a dog. I suppose he is referring to the Romney putting the dog on the roof of his car.

Spurred some pretty funny responses, a sample of which are below:

- Romney puts his dog on the roof, Obama puts his on rice.

- Anyone know whatever happened to the Blue Dog Democrats? Check the White House freezer.

- Obama favorite dog recipes: Beagle and Lox, Golden Fried retriever, Chicken Poodle soup, Eggs Rover Easy, and Pug Chops.

- Obama: I can't believe he put a dog on the roof, it ruins the flavor!"

- Obama: "That's how out of touch Romney is, too rich to have eaten his dog."

- Dog bites man - not news. Man bites dog - news. Obama eats dog - biggest laugh ever.

- Obama: I promise you, if you like your dog you can keep it. If you don't like your dog how bout sharing some with me?"

I could go on an on. And these people are supposed to be political savants?!?!? This tells you just how bad a campaign McCain ran in 2008. At this rate Axelrod will single handedly sink the Messiah's reelection campaign. Keep it up David!!
