So APCO is requesting a winter pool of 484'? That is actually very good news as I had expected them to request 483' since that is the variance they have requested for the last few years.

484' seems to me a good outcome that will allow some of us up a slough to have year round water and still able to do maintenance of sea walls and docks. Would 486 give me even more water? Yes. Would I be happy with 484 compared to the current 480? Absolutely!
