The folks that run the grill and harbor have never been responsible for the firworks and were informed Memorial Day by the people that have done it in the past that they were not going to put a show on this year.

They have been focusing their time and money on the catfish tournament and just found out that if it was to happen it would be their responsibility. They were not prepared and said if they had any warning that they could have pulled it off but.....

Donations have only been less than $200 in the jug and it would take $4000-6000 to put the show on. Anyone with suggestions on how to put the show on they are willing to entertain because they know that what does or does not happen at Clear Creek is a reflection of them and they are frustrated.
