I have said this before on the forum, but I think Oskar's is the most reliable spot for fish in the lake area. In all the many times I have been there, I have never been disappointed. They know how to cook it without over cooking. Key. I usually am in there for lunch so I get the Big Kahuna sandwich, but I get it blackened, not fried.

I have had countless "lake first timers" there who have never had catfish, and they always like it when I make them eat a portion of my sandwich.
