My son is attending Campus Outreach Mountain Project this summer. There are approximately 90 college kids working at Dollywood and doing Bible study and evangelism training. They are living in hotels, 4 or 5 to a room. They have asked me to cook BBQ, baked beans, and slaw for a meal for all of them. I have little experience knowing how much food to plan for with a large group. There are about 35 women and 55 men. They want to stay around $3 per person which should be doable. How much Q, beans and slaw should I plan for per person? Thanks!!
