If I were doing it, I'd figure between 1-1.5 pounds of raw meat per person depending on the fat content and bone size; there will probably be leftovers, but that's a good excuse for a big pot of Brunswick stew. As for slaw and beans, I'd figure close to 8oz each per person, but you will probably get by easily with 4-6 per person....it all depends on how hungry those kids are when they show up at the table and I like to over-plan. Good luck with it.
