Do a Google search. Here is one site I found with numbers for a 1993 Johnson 115 http://www.justanswer.com/boat/52tt7-115-hp-johnson-need-torque-specs.html

For the connecting rods its going to be 348-372 inch/lbs
For the case bolts its 216-240 in/lbs
For the head its 216-240 in/lbs as well
